1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Kea Car Rental dashboard and booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury categories).
• Hold a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• Provide a valid payment method in your own name.

3. Rental Period and Returns

The rental begins and ends at the times specified in your booking. Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay the daily rental rate, insurance costs, and any applicable taxes. You are also responsible for fuel surcharges, traffic violations, and parking fines incurred during your rental.

5. Prohibited Use

Vehicles may not be used for:

• Off-road driving or racing.
• Transporting hazardous or prohibited materials.
• Towing other vehicles or trailers without prior approval.
• Sub-leasing or commercial ride-sharing.

6. Insurance and Liability

Standard insurance is included, but a deductible (excess) may apply in case of damage. You are liable for any damage not covered by the insurance policy due to negligence or violation of these terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and repossess the vehicle immediately if these terms are violated or if there is a concern for vehicle safety.
